アポロプラスのお造り盛り合わせ

Assortment of sashimi that continues to exceed the expectations of regulars

In 1995, the Apollo Group launched its first store in Kamigamo and today it operates three stores in Miyagawa-cho and Shinmachi Sanjo, including the Apollo PLUS in Sanjo Sakaimachi. With its motto, “At Apollo PLUS we may be just a pub, but we’re certainly not your average pub,” it is a popular restaurant offering comfortable ambiance and food and drinks that exceed your expectations. Popular dishes ordered on repeat include not only perennial favorites like the kuroge wagyu (wagyu of Japanese Black Cattle) beef cutlets and mentaiko (salted cod roe) pasta but also the sashimi offered in the daily specials. The assortment of sashimi (for two) with six or seven types of fish containing luxury food items such as Japanese tiger prawn delivered alive and juicy blue-fin tuna for \3,300 offers an exciting dining experience to regulars as well as tourists. The fish purchased from four different wholesale brokers, each with their different specialties, will please the eye with its beauty and will make you feel the enthusiasm of the chef who only has eyes for authentic ingredients.
