The monthly changing Sakura Shukuzen menu, available day and night for ¥6,800 (tax and service included), offers a seasonal journey. The signature two-tiered box presents an assortment of delicacies and simmered dishes, complemented by appetizers, sashimi, soup, rice and dessert. Hironori Tanaka, the soon-to-be fourth-generation owner, explains, “Guests can choose additional dishes themselves.” Options include crispy deep-fried conger eel, seasonal tempura, steamed delicacies and vinegared specialties.
